Pawnly is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial play. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, copy it in bulk, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Content and licenses

The Pawnly name, logo, design and piece artwork belong to JustThink Studio. The chess engine (Stockfish) and the rules library (chess.js) are open-source software used under their own licenses, listed on our About page.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, and we're not liable for any loss arising from its use.

Advertising

The site shows third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of ads or of the sites they link to.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
